On Site Management, together with our sister company, Technical Group, Inc., has over 25 years of restaurant design and build experience. A partnership which allows us to provide complete design and construction services from start to finish.Founded in 1987, as Technical Group, Inc., we began offering our clients a wide variety of architectural and engineering services. After years of increasing demand for construction management support, On Site Management was established in 2002. OSM is responsible for handling all construction management needs. Together OSM/TGI have developed, honed, and polished the way we build great restaurants since 1987. Whether our client’s needs are a full-scale ground up development or a straightforward interior remodel, we make sure that every project is handled with the highest standards of quality and construction excellence.We understand better than anyone how important selecting a general contractor is to the outcome of your project and the value of your investments.
